Q: What types of vehicles does SheHails have?

A: SheHails feature a fleet of affiliated sedans ranging in makes and models

 

Q: How many people and luggage can fit in a car?

A: 3 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage are able to fit in a standard She Taxi

 

Q: Do you charge for extra luggage?

A: Yes, there is extra fee for luggage and only if the driver agrees to take it

 

Q: How will I know my car when it arrives?

A: Look for the iconic pink stripe, or the SheHails logo displayed on the vehicle. You can also observe the car on the SheHails app as it approaches

 

Q: Do I have to bring a car seat for my child?

A: If your child is under the age of 7, legally you must have a car seat. Passengers must provide their own car seat

 

Q: How much should I tip?

A: Gratuity is at the passengers discretion. All rides are pre set to a 20% gratuity but can be adjusted accordingly

 

Q: Can my kids travel alone?

A: An adult must accompany any passenger under 15 years of age. A driver can ask for ID

 

Q: Can I pay for someone else using my credit card?

A: Yes! You can book a ride for someone else as well as paying for it using the SheHails app

 

Q: How will my credit card be charged?

A: To order a car using SheHails you will need to provide your credit card information through the mobile app which will process the payment. A receipt will be emailed to you

 

Q: Can I pay with cash?

A: To promote safety and reduce risk as a target for our affiliated drivers and passengers, we have a strict no cash policy. All rides must be paid for using a credit card

 

Q: How do I get my receipt?

A: All ride receipts can be emailed directly to you

 

Q: What if I lose something in a SheHails car?

A: SheHails is not responsible for lost items left behind in any afiliated vehicle by passengers. We do offer a lost and found service where by reaching out to 718-391-0199 and provide us with your name, your trip information, and if you know, the car driver id#. We will try and locate your property. IF found and the driver is able to, they will bring your item to you. There will be a minimum surcharge of 20$ to be paid to the driver upon delivery as well as shipping cost if the item is shipped to you. SheHails is not liable for lost items but we will help in all ways possible to retrieve them

 

Q: If I cancel my ride do I still have to pay?

A: Users have an allowed time period where they can cancel a ride. Any ride canceled outside of this time period will be charged a cancelation fee of minimum $10

 

Q: What if I am running late and the car has arrived?

A: A 10 minute grace wait period is allowed at no charge after which a charge for additional wait will apply. Please make sure you are notifying the driver that you are going to be late, as if no communication has been made between driver and passenger, the driver will leave at the end of the 10 minutes.
